Sympathy card using a cloisonné technique

I needed to make a sympathy card for a coworker. I wanted to do something different. I grabbed a piece of Tim Holtz Specialty Stamping Paper and laid down Distress oxide ink colors Prize Ribbon, Faded Jeans, and Chipped Saphire. I spritzed some water on my media mat and smooshed my paper in it several timed drying between layers. I put a layer of Micro Glaze over the entire piece then added more Chipped Saphire. Stamping the Gina K Delightful Blooms image in Versamark and heat embossing in Brutus Monroe Gilded embossing powder. The last step is to scribble Distress Crayon on my mat, add a tiny bit of water and paint the image. I added a link to the YouTube video showing my process at the bottom.
